Now let's add that this song was by a great Christian artist, a great song created by and sung by one of your favorite artists! Oh, the nostalgia we feel when we hear that song from then on.
Switchback Saturday is all about the feels of musical nostalgia. It's the time machine that whisks you back to a memory or a time in your life when music and God were at the top of listening priorities. It wants you to sit back and reminisce, either about that special song tied to a memory or maybe a great song you had forgotten about. For those of us here at 97x fm, music doesn't age and become irrelevant, music transcends time and can still be encouraging and uplifting. We want Switchback Saturdays to take you back and help reflect on God's faithfulness during that time or help you remember that you were never alone during a dark season. Switchback Saturdays will consist of all the great tunes we grew up jamming out to in the car or maybe roller skating to on Christian skate night!
